LATERGATOR I just don’t know what to think of this store anymore. I am really starting to feel bored and frustrated. I haven’t been able to find anything exciting in this store for a couple of years now and so it is about to become«low man on the totem pole» For the past few visits, I have just found myself wandering around aimlessly and then leaving empty-handed. Their clothing options are suddenly very limited and they just don’t have the selection they once had. Also they are carrying a cheaper selection of bags and shoes. I will probably no longer make this store a designated stop on my shopping schedule but will probably drop in if I am in the immediate(like next door), area.

Meh. This location is decent. I’ve had a mixture of good and fair experiences here. I guess it all averages out to be pretty okay… I’ve had really sweet cashiers ring me out, and I’ve had pretty-less-than-friendly associates behind the counter. This is pretty standard across most/some retailers in that there will always be those employees who are super outgoing and friendly, those that do what’s required of them, and those that do the bare minimum(just ring out merchandise). I’ve worked in retail before so I’m not looking for an out right super peppy greeting when I enter a store, but it would be nice if this location can work on that one aspect… The merchandise selection here is pretty standard across other Marshalls. I do think that certain departments had less merchandise selections(i.e. handbags & wallets). The cleanliness was pretty good. I did see associates maneuvering around re-organizing shelves so that’s always a good sign that employees are being proactive. On the bright side, there’s always the Nordstrom Rack’s within the same shopping strip you can visit or even the Target at the end of the strip…

I’m a Marshall’s fanatic! I’ve shopped at Marshall’s for years, and this one wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t the worst by any means either. They have very friendly staff, but the merchandise isn’t the greatest. I normally go into other Marshall’s stores and end up having a cart full of things by the end of my shopping trip. This time, not so much. I found 2 tank tops, a pair of leggings, and a pair of jeans. I would’ve thought they’d have cuter clothes being this close to back to school, but I saw a lot of neutrals and basics, which I’m not used to. The shoes weren’t too hot, and neither were the handbags. I looked at the beauty section and saw these Cynthia Rowley makeup sponges that I might have to go pick up next time. I made some great purchases, but was looking to make a lot more than I did. I’ll keep trying though! :-)
