It’s 6:15 pm the place is dead ! The dining room is a dirty and and the trash cans are over flowing. Ok so I’m sitting there listening to a male crew member tell the rest of the staff that someone is coming back in to get a replacement order of mozzarella stick because theirs well cold. A large female crew member with blond and black hair, starting tell everyone that the guest just wanted free cheese stick and that she was a liar ! The few of us eating looked at each other in disbelief. Then the rest of the crew piled onto what the female was saying. Is this how you run your business here ???

They forgot to give me half my order and they forget to include napkins all the time. I don’t usually eat fast food but this place is mediocre at best.

I visited this location on my way to Home Depot at approx 3:30pm. Waited in the drive thru, placed a small order to include tea and 2 apple pies. Went thru the necessary process of ordering; next window paying; and then pick up window where I was informed it would take another 4 minutes to get the apple pies. I pulled over and continued the wait until 20 minutes into the whole ordeal I went inside. drive thru cashier was pleasant but had no explanation of what happened. I asked to speak with the manager who was completely visible in her office counting cash. I continued to wait until she came out to the front counter and would not acknowledge me… What? I asked to speak with her and the cashier told her. She loudly announced that I could have my money back to the cashier? What of course I should get my money back if I did not receive what I paid for! What kind of management decision was that. The poor cashier was a bit taken back so I repeated that I had put this much time in so I can wait. He told this to the manager and she shouted it would be another 9 minutes. I am easy so I shouted back what kind of pie do you have ready… Now I have gone down to her level which is sad. Poor young man got me two strawberry pies to take the place of the ones I paid for. How bad is it that this store has one good employee and one sorry manager. Called corporate but they say it can only be resolved by owner/franchisee. The owner can bury their heads in the sand and I have to take this. Chickfila next door says«it was a pleasure serving you» Take your business there!

I been swinging by the drive thru about 6am for the past few days and the staff here I would have to say are awesome! They just brighten your day with a smile and that means a lot to folks that would love to have there day start right. I feel like I’m in a Mc Donalds commercial. The food ofcourse is the same everywhere, I love me my chicken biscuits dammit! This review is for the daily 6am shift who brighten everyone’s day that pasts thru. Right on!

Better customer service than the Chickfila across the street. Very helpful and happy employees. I had to double check that I was at a McDonald’s. I’ll be back. Keep up the good work.

Egg and Cheese Biscuit on McGriddle Cakes, no biscuit. They get it right every time. This is an occasional bribe to get my son out of bed for school. Very friendly counter folk in the morning crew. They do a great job of moving the morning crowd through both the restaurant and the drive thru. A-OK!

Ok — so, a review of McDonalds! Aren’t they ALLTHESAME?!? Well, no, they are not. I do love me some McDonalds! I was very pleased to recently get a Mickie D’s gift card — as they are my special treat. I’ve always like the food and always will. So, why 1 star? Well, that’s for this specific location. I’ve been to this location 5 or 6 times over the last year and half(it’s near my work since I changed locations a little over a year ago). It’s not my ‘regular’ McDonald’s, but I head to it once in a while. But, probably won’t be going back… there are way too many other locations to go to and way too many other places on Windward that will gladly take my money. So, the review: when I went in, I was standing waiting to order(and this was just after the normal lunch time… was probably about 1:45 or so on a weekday) and one of the workers was very loud and abrasive. It appeared to ‘just be her manner/way of talking’, but it wasn’t pleasant at all watching/hearing her interact with customers and co-workers. Luckily, a manger took my order. First off, it was difficult to hear because of the blaring rap much they were playing. I don’t know the name of the song, but it was pretty hard-core. Not really ‘mainstream’ or pleasing to a wide variety of customers. I ordered a McChicken with no mayo — I made sure to give him a couple seconds to ring it in and then I ordered the rest of my meal. Of course, when I sat down, the McChicken was loaded with mayo. I took it back and as I approached the manager — still standing at the register where he took my order, the abrasive women(who was a good 15 feet away — closer the to kitchen than the counter and with 3 other people between me & her) shouted: what’s wrong? what do you need? well, the manager ignored her and asked me what was wrong, I told him and he replaced the sandwich. I’m fine with that — it happens and he took care of the situation. As I’m eating, the abrasive women goes outside for a smoke break — right in front of the store and completely visible from the street(which is a busy one). She starts playing music from her phone and dancing wildly in the parking lot. Not what I care to see as I eat and then head for my car. I know it’s only fast-food and I realize it’s hard work for low pay(I’ve been there… done that AND still work in customer service), but what happened to professionalism and taking pride in oneself? Especially in front of customers? Needless to say, I won’t return to this location. There are many more locations where I can get the same food without the hassle.

I’m embarrassed to say that we stopped here for a quick bite on the way up to the outlets. When you’re trying to remember all the clothes needed for a wedding and all the items needed for a 6 month old for a day away from the house, and you didn’t have time to go grocery shopping so you’re out of milk and cereal, you can easily run out of time and energy to eat breakfast. I’d tried to get J to go for some of the places I frequent for lunch in the area, but he just wanted fast food(and no, not even a sandwich place where you have to walk it down the line was fast enough). So we ended up here at 11:30ish on a Saturday. And yes it was packed. With families. We ordered at the counter(how is this faster than a sandwich place) and somehow, our order was super complicated because it was definitely served well after the 3 orders that came after ours. I stick with the Angus Deluxe because I can talk myself into it being better than the regular hamburger, especially since it has lettuce and tomato. And I got one of the new strawberry lemonades, which was SICKENINGLYSWEET. I’m not sure whether my taste buds are that out of whack with mainstream America, or whether this one was made with too much strawberry syrup, or whether I should have been stirring more with the straw… but there was barely any hint of tart and tangy lemon. Next time, I’ll be more forceful in my other recommendations. #Yelp365 — 157⁄365

Seriously, with 800 other places to eat on Windward Parkway, why choose McDonalds? I can’t think of any unless you have small children in tow and want to let them run loose in the large enclosed play area while you get a brief moment of relaxation with your fellow soccer moms. Otherwise, this location differs from no other local McDonald’s I know.
