Is it normal that a former employee of Mercy’s Touch Massage calls me and offers to come to my home to give me a free message? And when I say«No thanks, I am only interested in going to a professional establishment,» her response was«Well if you’re not comfortable with me coming to your home, you can come to my house and we can do the massage there.» Ok… This is just getting creepy…

I feel really bad for the person that has their former Roswell telephone number listed in YP. It is very difficult to get anyone to pick up the phone. They obviously are not interested in their customers. What a shame… Avoid this place… Not worth your time even with a coupon.

I bought a Groupon for Mercy’s Touch Massage. 1) I called and called and called. The phone was always buys or the mailbox was full. 2) I emailed. No reply. 3) Finally reached someone and made an appointment for 10AM on a Friday. I arrived at the location listed on the Groupon 15 minutes prior to my appointment door was closed and lights were off. I waited until 10:10 and decided no one was going to show up. I emailed them again to let them know and then called Groupon and asked for a refund. It should not be this hard to get an appointment for a massage.
