failed to repair my dishwasher charged me $ 79 and refused to refund my money. gave me a work order $ 292 to replace a drain pump motor that did not need to be replaced.
steve from peachtree appliance repair found a piece of glass in the motor and that fixed the problem. did not need a new motor.
technician never bothered to look inside the motor. claimed motor was dead from drain being clogged. he did unclog the drain, but did not bother to look inside the motor.
not sure if they are dishonest or incompetent. draw your own conclusions.
now i am having to dispute the charge with my credit card co.
lots of grief dealing with these people.

The best! Immediately recognized problem, got the part, and we were fixed. Had to recall due to a new humming sound. Next day revisit. Again, immediately recognized the issue — an electrical hum from a couple leads being switched and corrected — any other company’s techs would probably have been on the phone, or plain stumped.
You can’t go wrong with these guys.
