Can’t get appointments, never get to talk to any human when you call. Do physicals and never tell patients they need to come back for further test. Just plain irresponsible. Don’t Go to Johns Creek facility. Seek out more patient friendly Doctors and Staff.

Be worned! The doctor’s here only care about your well being if you are one of their neighbors. Their bottom line is the patients copayment and billable office visit. Its a sub healthcare, sweat factory where the doctors and nurse practitioners talk inappropriately about the patients to each other and the office staff. They are very mean to patients, like, not refilling a patients blood pressure medication that they have been on for years, because they couldn’t afford to come in for an office. Repulsive.

I have been going to this practice for 2.5 years only because they take my insurance plan. While my Doc is fine I feel that this is nothing more than a factory. They make you wait, they spend all of 5 mins with you and out the door you go. I can’t say as I feel that Medicine is the primary concern here. It’s all about the money!!!

My wife and I have been going here for several years. We are now in the process of firing them and picking another doctor.
We were overall pleased with the doctors we’ve seen in this very large practice. Main complaint comes with their front desk staff and VERY long waits. In the last few years, every single visit results in waiting well past your appointment time. I understand that things get busy, but this happening on every visit is too much. After a while you start to wonder if they have forgotten you, and the staff isn’t much help. They are also not very flexible on giving referrals.
