Fax does not work so can’t get doctors orders, location not updated on Google, understaffed, staff that’s here can’t think outside of a checked box, you can’t call directly — how do they stay in business?

This Quest office is woefully understaffed. Waits are typically at minimum an hour behind appointments, staff try to keep things moving but are short staffed, appointments are meaningless. Unfortunately you are forced to wait and tolerate it. The folks there so the best they can but when you only have 2 people working and 20 in the waiting room what else can you do?
