Safe Haven Security Services Inc

I was referred to safe haven by my real estate agent. This was a mistake. I came to an agreement with the sales person and the technician that I would pay 44.99 a month for service (which seems pretty high anyway) and have sensors installed on all windows. The technician came out to install the system, never completed it as promised and filed a contract for 54.99 per month for a pulse system. I never signed this contract (I wasnt in the house) and have never had adt pulse monitoring. It took Safe Haven two weeks to send the technician back out and I signed a contract for the agreed amount which was never sent to adt. After 4 months of calling Safe Haven and adt, the issue has not been resolved. It appears to me that Safe Haven is actively engaging in fraud which is very sad considering the fact that they should be making people feel safe and secure in their homes. If you want a security system go somewhere else or have adt install directly.
