Walked in and was greeted by a pleasant old lady by the name of Ms Lou-​Ann. She asked me what I needed and I told her and she said «well ur in luck, today we are having a sale!» She proceeded to take me to the fitting room to measure me and then provided me with what I needed. The entire process was painless and pleasant! Will definitely be going back. I went in for 1 bra and bought 4 cuz she was so nice!!!
Before going, I read the previous ratings and was kind of sad cuz i have bad luck with customer service, lol I told my husband «today’s gonna be my day! Imma prove These other ratings wrong!»

I love Soma, but this one location’s customer service is terrible! I can never get good help it any help at all and they always try to fit me and never do it right. I have gone home with multiple bras on multiple occasions that I have to return for a better fit. I’m giving up on this location. Perimeter mall is hands down the best one here in Atlanta!

This store was recommended by a co-​worker who is a 38DDD. I am a 40DD and wanted to have a fitting and find some nice bras, possibly a strapless. She assured me this was the place. I walked in on Saturday around midday. There was a sale, which was encouraging. Took about 5 minutes for the sales staff to acknowledge our presence, not encouraging. I explained to the sales person that I was looking to be fitted and to possibly get a strapless bra. She immediately took me to the back. My elderly mother was with me, and walks with a cane, so she placed us in the larger fitting room, which was very nice. My mother asked if it would be possible to use the restroom, she was told she could walk down to the sub shop at the corner of the strip mall, that part was not nice. I was measured and the sales lady left to get some strapless bras. Came back with two options, neither of which looked sturdy enough to hold up a C very high much less a DD. They did not work, obviously. That was it. She said so sorry it didn’t work and walked out. Didn’t offer any other bras. Didn’t encourage us to look at the sale. Didn’t say well «our other bras are so wonderful». Nothing. I put on my shirt and walked out. I probably would have dropped a good penny in that store had someone had the common courtesy to explain what the different options were and what each bra as good for. Nope. I’ve gotten better service at the Victoria’s Secret at the mall. Seriously.
