I have been coming to Sophia’s for over 2 years now since my move from Miami and have never had a bad experience. Tony and Steve are by far my favorites. Don’t get me wrong, Everyone else is good but those two know how picky I am and always go above and beyond with my nails. They are the best when it comes to gel nails and pedis. I would definitely recommend this nail salon!

Stay away. I should have paid attention to the other posts…
Was attended to by mail manicurist who apologized, because the female manicurists weren’t interested in only giving me a pedicure. They preferred to make me wait, even though they were available. They even took another walk-​in who came in 10 minutes after me. I should have left at that point, but i had someone drop me off.
In short, bad customer service for some and great customer service for others.
For what its worth, place is remodeled and clean.

I absolutely love Sophia Nails!
I have never had a poor experience here.
The staff as a whole is SO friendly… Mary is the sweetest woman!
I am always happy with my services. I get the Deluxe Pedicure and a gel manicure every 2 weeks… Have never been disappointed.
The pedicure massage is great and the have an awesome selection of both gel and regular polish colors.
The location is always very convenient.

No. Not going back. The environment was cheap and cheesy. The towels were dingy and ripped up. The staff seemed inconvenienced when I walked in. Both the manicurist and the pedicurist checked their phones constantly and answered calls TWICE!
Y’all need to step it up if you want to stay in business.
