I would give a negative star if possible. Had the worst customer experience of my entire life at this store. The sales people are only nice to you when they are trying to up sell you. If you come in with an issue or problem they make you feel like you should be apologizing to them. Recently switched to their service and the store was insanely busy so our sales guy keep leaving us to assist with other customers(which is fine we weren’t in a hurry). He keep trying to up sell us and finally talked us into a free tablet. We were on the fence and confirmed we could return without any issues or charges within the trial period. We also confirmed that we did not want equipment protection. Well they both end up on our bill. We returned the table but find a restock fee and an activation charge on our bill plus the equipment protection. Okay — no big deal just go an talk to them about it and get it fixed. No — they were completely unhelpful and call myself and my husband liars. We are till trying to get these charges resolved. DONOT switch or at least DONOT visit this«used car salesman», «sell you the Brooklyn bridge» location.

I signed up for Unilocal just to post about the crappy customer service from this sprint store. Waited 8 minutes before being helped and then when I asked about the specific phone, the guy said he didn’t have any demos and wouldn’t bring the phone out. This was after he was in the back for 10 minutes.

A cell phone store, is a cell phone store. It always takes a long long time to get a new phone, and this store is no exception. The service here was good, and the gentleman that helped me was nice, all except that he flat out lied to me. He tells me that if I switch my number ‘today’ then I will get a $ 150 credit in 60 days on my bill. Ok, sweet, but really? This promotion is going to end on a random Thursday in the middle of the month??? He says yes. After about 1.5 hours of trying to get this phone situation squared away, I am submitting the rebate form online. «Promotion ends Oct. 31». I point it out to him, he doesn’t say anything. If my phone wouldn’t have already been activated I would have walked right out. Come to think of it, I need to file a complaint with Sprint. The only reason I am giving this store an extra star is because it wasn’t busy at all and they had 2 people there working. He did give me lots of good info about my new phone, and I felt like he was ‘taking care of me’ until this lying issue was brought to my attention. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I will not be back.

At 10:00 a.m. on a Thursday you wouldn’t think this place would crowded. Guess again. There was literally a 20 minute wait just to talk to someone. What surprised me is that it wasn’t because there were so many people there seeking technical support. Everyone(except for me) seemed to be buying a new phone. Maybe I’m just jealous that it seems like everyone up here has the time and money to be shopping for a new smart phone. Regardless, when I was finally helped the associate was super friendly. The trackball on my boss’s Blackberry had inexplicably stopped working and she was freaking out. They couldn’t help me at this store, but were able to call another location that made repairs and confirmed that I could be assisted quickly.
