I’ve battled with acne since about 13 years old, but got it under control in my teen years. now that I am now 28, I’ve been battling with it for the past year now. I’ve tried many over the counter items with no effect. I tried proactiv+ (don’t waste your money on it) with no effect as well; this was the last straw. My sister recommended me to Dr. Steele & I am so happy with my results. I went to her for the first time a month ago and what she prescribed is working wonders !!! It’s only been 4 weeks and my face is clearing up astronomically !!! My face has not been this clear in almost 1.5 years. The building looks very new inside and up to date. very clean; spotless might I add. Everyone is friendly, from the receptionist, to the MA’s, as well as Dr. Steele. Dr. Steele is great at what she does and i am in awe at the results from the regimen she prescribed me. I’ve never waited to be seen for more than 5 minutes & I’ve never had to wait months for an appt (which has happened to me in the past with different dermatologist). Today my appt was at 8am and I was in my car by 8:22am. If you don’t have insurance or if Dr. Steele is out of your insurances network, self pay co pays aren’t too bad (to me). They range anywhere from $ 100-​$ 150, but it’s so worth it. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Steele to anyone. :-)

For 2 – 3 years before Dr. Steele, 2 of my sons and I had been seeing a «who’s who» type of dr who has 40+ years of experience. Our waits for appointments were epic and while my complexion cleared, my teenagers did not improve. A family member recommended Dr. Steele very highly, so I decided to call. Best decision ever! She is so knowledgeable and will explain everything to you. We don’t have to wait a month to see her and the wait time in the snazzy, comfortable lobby is short. Both of my teens are improving under her care and I’ve even taken my 3^rd child in with great results. The products/​solutions she recommends tend to be more natural with fewer side effects or fewer chemicals (I’m generalizing as there are 3 of us with different needs) some of which you can buy there or elsewhere if you choose. From the front desk to the nurses the staff at Steele Dermatology is very professional and courteous. Finally, Dr. Steele is very personable and friendly!!! She really makes an effort to earn your trust and repeat business.

I started seeing Dr. Steele recently and was so pleased with my results and her always pleasant demeanor, that I have brought my entire family in to see her. I have to say that I am beyond thrilled with how she worked with my children; especially when removing a suspicious mole off of my squeamish child, my child didn’t even flinch. I can’t imagine seeing anyone else for my personal skincare and beauty needs as well as my family’s, she’s the BEST.

Went to her two times. Wait times are not bad, service is OK. What I find unacceptable is that the doctor lied about the cost of procedure. We specifically asked the cost of procedure, and she said that its included in the $ 50 copay. But then later they charged us an additional $ 192 for two 2 minute procedures.
The doctor shouldn’t promise free and then charge. That’s unacceptable in my books. If you go to this lying doctor — be sure to get her signature on the stuff she promises.
