I remember when I was a little girl in Ohio and on special occasions my Mom would take me to Stride Rite for a pair of shoes. There was a slide in the store!
There is not a slide in this Stride Rite, it’s a small little store but filled with tiny shoe treasures. The shoes are rather expensive for kids, but I wholeheartedly trust their quality. I love that my daughter is treated so well by the associates and they really know how to work with toddlers to measure and try on shoes. It’s a very special experience. And I get a few tips on how to get my little darling to actually want to keep her shoes and socks on.

Stride Rite shoes are SO expensive, but I love that if you go into the store, they’ll measure your child’s feet and let you know exactly what size shoe to buy.
