Yes, I’m under 30 and I love Talbots and I’m not afraid to shout it out.
Every store I’ve visited, this one included, has had fantastic customer service. This location in particular went above and beyond to help me find something I was looking for and suggest substitutions when it wasn’t in their stock. Usually they do have a good selection in their stores, including Petites which is my personal arena. They have definitely stepped up their game in terms of updated styles.
Another reason I love Talbots is the fit. I tried on their (petite) jeans, and it was the first time I didn’t want to cry in frustration AND they were very flattering on me. I have a few other non-​Talbots pairs of jeans that are comfortable, but they aren’t nearly as flattering. I’ve ordered a number of items from their website, and every single one has fit great. They often have sales, and if you sign up for their card you get even more. I don’t have the card, but I am part of their rewards program which is nice. It’s not phenomenal, but it helps.
I like the wishlist feature on the website which helps me to curate what I’m interesting in buying in the future, decided between items, and easily see when each one might be on sale. Another excellent feature is that you can search to see if the item you’re interested is in a store near you, and you can even reserve it before you have a chance to head over.

Tried to return or exchange something here today and they wouldn’t allow it bc they couldn’t find my husband in their system (he bought them for me). Really? The items still had tags on them (accidentally threw the receipt away). Why can’t stores just have good customer service with managers that understand this simple concept? Both of the ladies never smiled and seemed to not be enjoying their work either. Maybe bc they make people miserable all day!

I am a long-​time customer of Talbots. They have high-​quality clothes that are timeless classics. As a teacher, these items are invaluable to me and well worth the price. Also, with the recent change in fashion directors, Talbots also now carries more fashion-​forward items which are still appropriate for a professional woman. This is one of the largest Atlanta locations and has Misses, Woman, Woman Petite, and Petite sizes.
