The Dumpster Company

Beware of this company. They are affiliated with the Big Red Dumpster Company and Dumpster 4 Junk. They will blind side you with dumpster and service charges. After a month, they charge my credit card for a dumpster service I never asked for or received and to top it off, they are fighting me on the charge. Unbelievable! These people are crooks. They are late on dumpster drop-​offs and pickups. My husband and I would wait for the dumpster drop off and they did not show as scheduled. After the third time, we stopped doing business with them. Don’t even get me started with their customer service. Just horrible. This company deserves no stars.

This is a terrible company. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid doing business with these people. The trash service is unreliable. I never knew exactly which day they would show up. Some weeks they never showed up at all. I think other trash services took mercy upon me and picked up my trash sometimes. I’ve cancelled the service over a month ago. They won’t pick up their trash can despite my repeated request for them to do so. They say they don’t have time. But, if I get rid of it myself, they will have time to charge me $ 150.

The Dumpster Company in Alpharetta, GA, is a horrible company. You pay for recycling and garbage pickup, but they repeatedly dump all trash and recyclables into the same truck. I finally went out and talked to the driver today, asking if my *recyclables* were going to the landfill with the trash. He said yes and made some excuse as to why it wasn’t getting recycled. This has gone on for weeks. Their drivers are major whiners too, complaining about construction trucks being in their way. Well, that’s what happens when you opt to pick up garbage in a brand new under-​construction subdivision.
Talking to the Dumpster Company about the ongoing issue has not helped. Our HOA has complained, with no result. You do not get the services you pay for. To me, that’s dishonest. Worse, the Dumpster Company doesn’t care about the environment.
