Their products are mostly broken and they do not stand behind their pledges of technical support. When you phone — if you can get through (I called 16 times in 3 days before getting an answer) — and ask say, how to operate the product which has come with NO INSTRUCTIONS, they set you up with (bogus?) individuals that claim they did not manufacture the items, so there is NO HELP and no money money refunded even if you return the product, as I did! They are AKA Velocity Products and seem to put in their own site reviews as my computer system will not allow me access. I tried anyway to post a review on their site and I got a VERY SEVERE WARNING warning that that connection was untrusted and under an assumed name. It’s been 2 months since I mailed back one of the non-​working products and have received no refund. I wrote a letter too, a decent letter, and got no response.
