This is a great store and every time I go I find so much great stuff. Molly the owner is wonderful and her 2 daughters that work there are so sweet and helpful. The customer service is outstanding.

The Twisted Thread is a gem! The store itself is packed to the brim with merchandise, so it’s definitely best to go there when you have a few hours to kill. There are a lot of great products if you’re willing to take the time to look, and the sales are amazing! I’ve gotten many great pairs of shoes there for only $ 5. They also have some sneaky deals, like offering discounts on clothes that have been in the store for over a month (the dates of arrival are printed on all price tags). Definitely check it out!

They have improved greatly from last year. The clothes are much more trendy! Unfortunately being petite, I never really have much luck with these stores. However, I bought a BRAND NEW red velour Juicy Couture tracksuit for 42 dollars! Normally you would have to pay around 200 bucks for the jacket and the pants.
My girlfriends and I had a lot of fun here. Give em a try!

This is an edit of my original review since I am not wanting to get sued. Someone named Genie W. threatened — no photo of herself though. At least this person agreed that the check was issued incorrectly. I can let people know that the store does things like that.

I agree with Krista A. that this shop is cute and carries a good selection. I was fooled, as well, even though I am a veteran consignor.
I moved midway throught the consignment period and the disorganization at Twisted Thread led to my check being issued to my old address. Getting a new check issued was like moving a bill through Congress. The new check was issued for the grand amount of $ 0.00 (typed) with an ink pen correction. The proprietor of the store said she didn’t know why I was being diffult when I asked for another check.

Great consignment store, named by Jezebel magazine as one of Atlanta’s best! How lucky for me that it’s right in my Backyard! Excellent selection, super friendly Staff, & Loads of fun sifting through some really great finds! I will most assuredly be back — often!
