I called Ronny based on his stellar reviews. Had a great experience. He was completely forthright that my home was a bit outside of his coverage area. Which makes perfect sense in this industry. He offered though to answer my questions for competitive pricing and even sent me a bid to share with my current pool cleaner since he couldn’t help me with service. Dropped my monthly rate from $ 300 to just over $ 200 per month for weekly service.

We had looking for a new pool service company during the May, after compare several pool service company, we decided to work with Top-​Notch Pool Management. Ronny stopped by and completed the first cleaning job on time at fair price, so we decided to use him for our every week service. They blow the deck, clean the pool, add chemicals, check leaking. They alway leave a service notice in my mail box, which is really sweet. So I will know what time they came and what kind chemicals they added to my and they also tell me if there are any leaks. My pool looks so nice and clean. We can jump in the pool and enjoy it. Then we decided to change a new mother board for our system and fix the water leaks, Ron and his team came by installed new motherboard and repaired the leaking at a good price. They really take their time during the service and make sure every is right. We will continue using them for our future needs and would highly recommend them.

We had another pool company for 4 years, but after a decline in service, I decided to try Top Notch. I sent an email and received a response within minutes. He came and cleaned the pool when we asked and we then set up bi-​weekly service. His prices are great, and there aren’t any hidden fees. We had a problem with our filter, and Ronnie came here after hours multiple times to fix it, then treat the water. Does customer service get any better than that? He also sends me text messages just to make sure I am satisfied with the service. I wish we had found him earlier! They take care of my pool, so that I can enjoy it.
