Windward Place Apartments

DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST!!! THERE ARE MANY APARTMENT COMPLEXES TO CHOOSE FROM IN THE ALPHARETTA AREA!!! I Moved here recently, within the last few months. Windward Place Apartments does not offer a model of 1 bedroom apartments to view, so you have to choose an apartment blindly from pristine a 2 bedroom model. Another issue was that all costs for the apartment were not given at the time of commitment. It took approximately a month to get the approval which interferes with planning to get a mover — you are left up in the air as to what to do. Amenities are not what they appear — the gym has only a few machines and not a complete set to do a proper workout — additional $$$ to join a gym, which was not anticipated. After driving over a 1,000 miles, the apartment was not ready for us to move into, in fact it was filthy and disgusting… which the staff agreed upon with us. The agreed upon, necessary repairs took 2 additional weeks to complete while we were living here and they’re still not up to standards that I’m accustomed to. Maintenance Department is questionable. Rent is reasonable.
