The froyo here is ok. They don’t have much of a selection when it comes to flavors so I usually just stick with the original flavor. The original flavor has just enough tart and sweetness to it for my liking. I’ve been here a few times and the service is also just ok.

We visit this mall a lot now since we are always getting pictures made of our little bundle of joy in the nearby JCPenney:) The wife usually likes some of the less healthy options in the food court but on the days that I am trying to be good, I will hit up this place. I like being able to get something that is(almost) sugar free and fat free and not feel like I am eating cardboard, LOL. I usually get them to mix in some raspberries and bananas, which may sound like an odd combination but it comes out pretty good in my opinion. The only bad thing about this place was that the guy behind the counter didn’t really speak English and it was kind of hard to get him to understand my order although he was a nice guy so no complaints there. This place has made me curious about a Yogli-Mogli near our house… I want to see how they compare.

I had the same experience as the other reviewers. I have been there twice and on both occassions the employees were not interested in serving their customers. I didn’t really like the yogurt either so won’t be going back. Can’t believe they are still open.

Not impressed. The employee spilled the fruit she added to our yogurt and used her bare hands to pick it up and put it back ontop of the yogurt. This same employee had just been at the register handling money. Then another employee kept coughing, gross! At this point I had added one topping but then changed my mind and told them that. I lost my appetite. It was embarrassing, but they should be the ones embarrassed. The employees really need to be trained better.

I was strolling around North Point looking for a little present for myself when I saw the sign for Yogen Fruz. Y’all know how I love me some froyo, so I made my way up to a counter where a jaded young girl sat on the counter, barely lifting her head to notice me. Not a good start. She sashayed my way as I scanned the menu for a list of flavors. Nothing to be found. I asked and she responded«just acai and original.» Really? 2 flavors? At a shop dedicated solely to the production of frozen yogurt? Kind of lame if you ask me, but whatever, I went with the acai(which, I’ll note, was an entire dollar more. I found that kind of ridiculous). She topped me up with some delicious raspberries and overly-chewy mochi and I was on my way. The flavor was pretty solid and it was nice and creamy: not the best frozen yogurt I’ve ever had, but I’d definitely make a pitstop if I ever find myself at North Point again. Which, with my typically ITP-only ways, is highly unlikely.

Could not believe our eyes, the cashier was asleep on the counter when we sat down in the food court. 10:15 am Nov. 21. Kids these days!
