Wow! Took my sons PE shirt to get stitched. To be honest, it was so bad I thought they’d laugh at me and tell me it’s trash. When I picked it up, you couldn’t even tell where it was stitched. Got it back brand new! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Great job whoever is doing the stitching over there!

I have a lot of dry cleaning. And I take all of it to Alpine Cleaners. Prices are very reasonable, the owners are both super nice and they do a great job. Average turn around time is 2 – 3 business days. Bring your stuff in on Saturday and you get it Tuesday; bring it in on Tuesday it’s ready Friday. Every once in a while, I’ll find myself in a pinch needing something ASAP and they’ll accommodate next day or same day(whichever I need) no matter how many items I have. One time I needed a dress pressed for an event the next day(Sunday) and the owner had it ready within an hour. If you’re in Alpine or the surrounding area, I highly recommend!

I tried this cleaners last week as I recently moved to the area. My clothes were clean and pressed well but two out of eight pairs of pants had some stitching in the cuff that had come out. Granted the pants are not new but I have not had this problem at other cleaners with the same pants for about the last two years. I think they were a little rough on my clothes and will be looking for a new place.

I have gone to this dry cleaners twice. Once for dry cleaning and once for alterations. The first time we brought in about 10 shirts for cleaning. When we went to pick up the shirts we noticed that they were not able to get the white stains out of the arm pit area. They offered to try it again and failed and tried a third time and failed. The second time we went for an alteration. I had a dress shortened about ¾ of an inch and she charged me $ 45.00. Later that evening when I was talking to my mother about taking my dress in and I told her how much they charged. She advised me that was very expensive and she knew multiple other people who could do the same alteration for $ 25.00. I called Alpine Cleaners the next morning to get my dress back and they told me that either way they were going to charge me the $ 45.00! I gave them an extra star for the initial effort on my 10 shirts and for my lack of shopping around at first. But I will never go to this dry cleaner again due to the lack of effectiveness and to their greedy practices.
