Boy Oh, Boy did WE have a bad day on the other end of the telephone?
I called to pay my bill for an ad.
At phone number 619 427 3000
The women never gave her name only gave me comands as to the account number, ad Number and the amount.
I asked if I could speek to someone in advertising.
No! «I have to take the information, only if you have a question about your ad can you talk to the advertising»
Yes I know we all have bad days.
Please do not take it out on your coustomers.
I’m not in the bussness of taking CRAP and I dont give it out.
We love the Alpine Sun and I hate to give out only one star.
The Alpine Sun gets FIVE stars.
The office in Chula Vista gets less then one star for coustomer service.
This is not the first time I got then good service when running an AD.

This small community newsletter has been very interesting for me to read since I am new to the Alpine area (arrived Oct 2007). The articles and advertisements have helped a great deal to learn about the various community issues and services in Alpine.

Definitely has a conservative viewpoint. I guess that’s OK for a small paper in a small, very conservative, town.
