My wife and I just moved in here and we LOVE it! The staff is SUPER friendly and truly go out of their way to help in any way possible! Serina (Apartment Manager), Roxanne, and Edgar (Maintenance Manager) are extremely welcoming, warm, friendly, understanding, and professional! Our home is extremely cozy and we recommend these apartments to everyone! Thank you Serina and Staff!!!

Currently live here and really wish I didn’t even bother. Neighbors are nothing but trash, letting their kids run all over the place at night when most people are trying to sleep. Kids leave trash ALL over OUR front area… Makes me wonder why they even have «maintenance» people because obviously they don’t know how to do their job. Disgraceful all around and DEFINITELY not worth a dime of what we pay.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STARS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT DESERVE MORE THAN THAT!
The management is horrible! On their website it says that they are open Monday through Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturdays only by appointment and they are closed Sunday. And they ALWAYS CLAIM that someone is always there when in reality no one is! They are theives! They will take more than half or ALL of your deposit when they told you not to worry about it. And for neighbors you have nothing but trash sitting outside drinking beer in the middle of the day while they let their kids run amuck in the street and don’t tell them to watch for cars! I guess being pet friendly is a plus but not when all these a**holes let their animals do their business EVERY WHERE and don’t bother picking up the mess their animal left behind!
So please do not bother with this place! LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO SPEND 1400+ A MONTH FOR A PLACE THAT HAS NOT BE UPDATED OR FUMIGATED!!!
