Kristi is an excellent tax agent. She saved us from horrible mistakes my husband and I were making with another company. It could have cost us. She definitely knows her stuff. She is straight forward and tells you what is legal and what is not. I recommend her to anyone that’s having trouble. She is also reasonably priced!

I normally only write positive reviews however in this instance I must write a negative review. I was a client of On Line Bookeeping for over five years when I received a letter asking me to find another Bookeeper. Apparently they were frustrated that I had brought my receipts in late causing them to much frustration during tax season. This is an understandable frustration but you would think that after being their client for over five years and having paid them thousand of dollars over the year I at least deserved the courtesy of a phone call to discuss the situation before sending a demeaning letter as they did. Add to this that I have tolerated mistakes on their part over and over again and one mistake that has the IRS now demanding $ 1,100 from us that we should not owe due to their mistake yet despite repeated request that they deal with the problem they have not. In one instance I needed copies of my W2’s because they were not in the tax returns they had sent us and you would think I had asked them for their first child. If you need a copy of an old tax return or something else like most businesses do now and then, be prepared for them to be very put out.
I felt these folks want their clients to perform perfectly while they seem to care less about their own mistakes or behavior. I would highly recommend a consumer look elsewhere for their bookkeeping or tax preparation services.
