I enjoy this store probably most out of the outlet center. Shirts for 3.00 and pants for 7.00, helps this mama with a very rapidly growing young lady. Customer service sometimes is iffy but It doesn’t really bother me since sometimes you go into stores and they hover over you. Thankful this one doesn’t

Eh. Cheap Clothes, yes. Great Stuff? Not really.
I buy one thing here — Cheap sweaters for work. That’s it. I don’t like anything else they have. Then again, I am far too old to be shopping at any place with «21» in the name, so I bring it upon myself, I suppose.
Cheap quality, cheap prices, but great cardigans. I do love the cardigans.

Good clothes for a great price!
On my first visit here, just before Christmas, I managed to grab 2 thick winter coats, that anywhere else would easily cost $ 75+ but only paid $ 30 for both. That was a steal! They’ve got deals like this all year long!
I just wish they were closer.

Ok… I gotta say when you can get 2 quality jeans at 3 dollars. WTF? Why not?
I spent a total of $ 69 for 2 nice quality dress shirts, one dress undershirt, one nice leisure shoe… and of course the jeans… The manager came over and saw I was spending a few bucks and came over and said «hey you might be interested in this cologne», it was killer and for $ 10 bucks why not? I mean I’m not breaking the bank

3 stars may be unfair… but 4 would definitely be too generous… I’m a fan of this store and as a guy appreciate their fair selection of men’s clothing. While I’m not into their generic «shiny stuff and skulls all over a la ed hardy“graphic tees, I find myself coming here whenever I’m nearby because their plain v neck and jacket selection is on par with forever 21 or H&M. All of their items (which for guys range from shoes, to belts, to jackets, to jeans, to cologne) are very well priced and you can always walk out feeling like you robbed the place. They also frequently have sales that allow you to walk about with $ 5 – 10 jackets and $ 3 – 4 tees. While Rue21’s clothes aren’t made in Italy, they’re well worth the price if you find something you like! I frequently get compliments on the shirts and jackets I buy here, and I’m sure we can all appreciate buying something and not seeing 100 people at the mall wearing the same thing. So, 3.5 stars it is!
