Went there this week to ship a package and since I had printed the label at home and wasn’t buying anything there the owner/​worker denied shipping my package. Said I would need to buy a box from them or come back repackaged! Needless to say I am never recommending this place or returning!

we received a FULL refund because Parcels Express was unable to complete the contract they signed with us… everyone at Chicago Lock Box and Mt Greenwood USPS warned us about her and now we know why… kinda wondering why upon signing the contract she was boasting about how she knew how to fulfill our needs and now is saying we were doing something illegal? strange turn of events when she actually has to work for the contract and customers! not a happy friendly place to do business with!

I don’t know who you think I am but I am NOT a disgruntled ex-​employee or a thief. That is a bald-​faced lie. I have never met you, been there or worked there. Don’t lie and make excuses for your poor customer service. I noted exactly what you said. I get that you’re in business to make money but you were snotty. Period. You should take responsibility and apologize, not lie. That’s just pathetic.
