My computer was completely not usable, just a black screen with some text. I visited a chain computer repair store before and I ended up spending good money just to have them restore the whole thing, everything was lost.
This time around, I went to Joe, he replaced the faulty parts and also upgraded a few things we talked about. The computer is 3 – 4 yrs old but Joe got it running better then before for a fraction of the price as compared to buying a new one. The best part was that he was able to recover all the files and picture.
Good guy, good work and very fair prices!
