It’s a small store compared to others I’ve been to.
The guy working the register was friendly and immediately asked if we needed help. So he was very attentive.
He tried to help us replace a battery which was not a success but overall he tried his best with what he had.
They have a large cell phone selection and other electronics. Maybe call ahead of time to see if they have what you are looking for.

I walked into this store looking for a Bluetooth FM transmitter for my car. after walking in. not one, but THREE reps looked up at me. and looked away. I work in customer service so I was slightly annoyed to not be greeted, especially when there where no customers in the store.
After a quick run through the store (which is super small, and a pretty bad layout. but they can’t control that) I asked a gentleman if they carried the item. He looked at me like I was speaking a distant unknown language. So I decided to scale it back and ask for just an FM transmitter. Here’s the real kicker… his response
«Most cars come with auxiliary input now.»
Well that’s fantastic, but obviously I don’t own one of these cars or I wouldn’t be looking for this SPECIFIC item. He pointed in a broad General direction of where it might be and went about his day. Never even stepped out from behind the counter.
At this point I was so annoyed I left. The sad part is, I know I can order this item online. but I try to spend money locally. This place won’t last long if this is how they treat people

So much better than the other box electronics stores. At this place they actually greet you when you walk in and genuinely want to help you. I nearly always find what I am looking for. Recently, I was looking for a odd molex connector that they did not have in stock and the salesman was kind enough to point me to another nearby electronics store that carries the odd connectors. I highly recommend this Radio Shack based on the knowledge of the employee’s and the quality of service they provide. Bravo to the staff at this location!
