The Maintenance Consultant

My company has been doing business with The Maintenance Consultants (TMC) for years. They take care of all of our maintenance needs at our commercial properties whether it is major building improvements, electrical work, plumbing or any other odd jobs we may come across. Randy, Lynne, and their crew are always very responsive and quick to get jobs done in the timeliest manner. I can’t tell you how much help they were over the past few weeks during these record breaking rains. They helped us address numerous roof leaks, window leaks and also helped us to avoid flooding at some properties. Also, no job is too small for TMC. In the past, they have even sent a couple of guys to help us move furniture for a tenant.
I would definitely recommend TMC for any of your maintenance needs both residential and commercial. Their crew is always friendly making sure to communicate with our office during any ongoing projects.
