My daughter wanted an «Anna/Elsa» birthday. So we got all set up for this and I contacted Gali to see if she could make barbie doll cakes with Anna and Elsa.
They came out amazing! She went way above and beyond expectations. They were beautiful. My daughter squealed with delight when she saw them!
And in top of that they tasted good and were organic. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.
I also used her to make cupcakes for baby shower I was hosting. I didn’t have time to bake so I asked her. She again went above and beyond adding little fondant onesies to the top of the cupcakes. They were so cute and exactly what I needed to make the shower a success.
I would and will continue to use her anytime I need a custom cake or cupcakes.

My daughter asked me for a Winnie The Pooh birthday cake for her fourth birthday party. I’m not a baker, and I wanted something organic, so I contacted Gali.
She went above and beyond every step of the way, helping me figure out how big a cake to order, how many layers, and recommending a vanilla buttermilk cake that was super moist.
Gali is a true artist, and created a beautiful rose-pink cake with Winnie The Pooh, Kanga and Roo, Eeyore and figures made out of fondant. It was a glorious cake. My daughter was thrilled and every bit was eaten! She also made a dozen gluten-free chocolate cupcakes. Her price was very reasonable too.

I had to order a cake last-minute (48 hours notice) for our daughter’s birthday and I was really hoping for something organic. I wouldn’t normally place a cake order for a birthday party with such little notice but our original cake fell through. Regardless, Vanilla Bean could not have been a better choice for us. The shop owner is very kind and I felt that she was really committed to providing us with exactly what we wanted. The cake was delicious and very pretty — a big hit with the party. I will definitely be ordering from her again! PS: I’m obviously not vouching for the fact that she can take last-minute requests, but it was really cool that she did it for us and without any hesitation or hemming ‘n hawing. Thank you, Vanilla Bean!

I ordered a gluten free carrot cake for my sister’s birthday from vanilla bean, and it was delicious! It was moist and flavorful and the texture was perfect. The actual cake design was really plain– no piped frosting or decoration. But they did create cute little eatable lettering for a birthday message. Another plus is they delivered the cake for CHEAP and they use organic ingredients in their baked goods. Overall, I’m very happy with their product.

Instead of cake, we ordered cupcakes for an office birthday party… Not only were they all beautifully made, but delicious as well! The final product was high quality-no mess… everyone at the office was highly impressed! So yummy yet elegant… and apparently organic as well… an added bonus! From now on, forget Portos, I am ordering from Vanilla Bean!!!

For several years, I have been looking for the perfect gluten free cake. Most of the time, the cake is too dry, too dense, not so nice flavors, etc. And most gluten free cakes only last about 2 days before they become hard as a rock!
But then, a friend of mine told me about her new bake shop and she said they make an amazing gluten free cake… I was skeptical.
I said, «Ok, make me a gluten free vanilla cake with vanilla frosting», which is my favorite flavor, but is not the easiest o make with gluten free flour.
The cake arrived. I took a bite. I MADE AN AUDIBLE NOISE OF UTTER BLISS!!!
It was moist, it wasn’t dense, it tasted amazing! This is by far the BEST gluten free cake I have ever had! I even shared a small piece with a coworker, who never eats gluten free things because they taste horrible… She ate the whole piece and said that it tastes like a REAL cake!
Needless to say, I will be ordering many more cakes and pastries from this bakery in the future.
