Paisano’s Pizza Villa

UPDATE: After I posted here and on FB, a manager from Paisano’s «Erik» replied to my FB review with hateful, slanderous comments that were clearly about someone else who had a poor experience the same night and not myself. The reply was removed after I called the shop and told them I would have a lawyer involved the next day. I did ask for the manager to apologize but that did not happen. BEWARE!
Altamont location– food is delicious, service is lacking big time. I had a very poor experience tonight and as much as I love the food the service is always lacking, something is usually missing and wait times are insane on usually slow week nights.
I order 2 – 3 times a week but lately every single time I tell myself never again and pretty sure I mean it this time.
An «oops my bad sorry» isn’t good customer service. Maybe a «hey we are very sorry for our mistake, you are a great customer, this ones on us!» Would have helped the situation.

Once again, food we ordered here for takeout was disappointing, (too) expensive, and underwhelming.
How hard should it be to do wings correctly? We ordered them spicy — not mild, or even medium: spicy — and this order was maybe — maybe up to mild on a scale of spiciness. Really?

The food is always undercooked. Employees are totally unwilling to listen to complaints. I would advise going up the hill to Fox Creek Market in Berne for pizza.

Ordered pizza for delivery. After an hour and 20 minutes, called and was told it would leave in about 10 minutes. No thanks — like Pizza Gram better from here on out.

When ever im here to see my grandparents we always get here and its so good
