Finally checked this local haunt out this year. It’s a small«festival» like experience. Beyond the haunts there is a dance floor, food and entertainment in the area outside of the haunts. There are some things I liked, and some I didn’t. Liked: — The experiences were so well done. They didn’t skimp on décor and costumes. The sets were very cool. This year one was a haunted ship and I wasn’t quite sure of the other theme but it was creepy /barn/house/school bus ish. — Two experiences and once you exited one you could immediately get in a fast pass line for the other — There was a children of the corn piece and there were actual children in costume — so cool Didn’t like: — When you arrive you get a color pass to let you know when you can get into line. I went on a weekend so when we arrived we received our color and there were four colors in front of us. They estimated about 30 – 45 min wait for each color. That meant at least a 2 hour wait TOGETINLINE. What? Wow. — The staff was so very rude and unhelpful. However, there one amazing young lady who helped us in the front, she was a manager of some sorts) Things they could improve upon beyond the color passes: — The entrance to the barn experience you had to get in a small box and were then delivered into the attraction. I was so excited for this but it was very lack luster. Really all about the hype. Think they could def improve upon the execution of this to really make an impact. — The theming overall of the haunts to have a better unified connection throughout. — If they are going to keep me there for 2 hours, at least give me an adult area with alcohol. This was a dry experience. I get it, there are kids, but don’t keep me there for 2 hours, allow me to purchase an adult skip the line pass, I would gladly do that.

I went last year and this year. Was worth it and definitely got scared. The two trails they have are long and they have entertainment while you wait. Security and safety are not an issue and even though it gets very busy(which tells you that it is an excellent place to go), they are very organized. Our family truly enjoyed the experience. The sets are awesome. And we will continue to go in the years to come. Great October night out!!!

Halloween 2015 — So, there’s not much to do in Orlando outside of Universal for Halloween haunts. And for the price, it is usually worth a visit. However, on weekends you need to plan to wait an hour or more to get into a trail. That doesn’t include parking and walking to the area, which can be a nightmare. And for that wait, it wasn’t really worth it this year. I’ve been to this haunt for several years. And this year was a disappointment. While some of the behind the scenes sets were very cool, the majority of both trails were a let down. They have way more scaractors and while relying on them for the entertainment is ok, I think more special effects and DIFFERENT special effects are needed. There is a lot they can do with animiatronics, sound effects, airblasts, mirrors and sets that they are overlooking and instead relying on actors to be the bulk of the scare. Sorry guys it was sort of a miss this year.

The attraction was ok. But the people who were working there guiding the lines were very rude. It ruined my experience. I will not be returning. I suggest just sticking with the Halloween Horror Nights with more civilized people.

First time going here and I have to say that it was even better than Halloween horror nights! They have two trails: The Barn or The Factory. My group chose the barn and OMG it’s was awesome! Loved the fog and the laser beaming! That was so great and unexpected! They even have a place in the trail where you can have a group photo taken which they show you once you’ve finished the trail. Well worth the money! I will definitely be coming back for another go!

For a side of the road attraction, they always do such a great job with A Petrified Forest. This year, they split it up into 2 trails instead of just one: a warehouse and a barn. It’s a pretty cheap alternative to the theme park Halloween stuff. For one trail, you pay $ 15 or for both trails $ 25. They also offer VIP tours and laser tag. Pretty neat! The one thing I absolutely hated last year and this year is the choice of musicians before going into the houses. I’m sorry, but acoustic pop covers don’t really set the tone for a «Haunted Trail.» I’m sure in another venue that wasn’t geared towards Halloween, the music would be great… but…not there. The folks working here did a great job scaring my friends and I. We went as a huge group of 12, so we got split into 2 groups of 6, but on the plus side because of our size, we didn’t have to wait in line which was a huge plus. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Wow! I went last night with some friends & this place was amazing. You definitely should get the two trail pass, SO worth it! The Factory trail was by far my favorite. My only knock on the place was that they didn’t space out the groups far enough. My group of three caught up to the group in front of us on both trails. Maybe we should’ve walked slower or they should’ve walked faster. It didn’t really matter though because we were terrified the entire time. After the trails we grabbed some funnel cake & fried Oreos(YUM)! I will definitely be back next year to see what they’ve come up with to give me nightmares. Great Job!

I had high expectations for this place after reading the reviews here and on Google. It was lackluster at best. My fiancé and I are pretty big haunted house fans and have been to haunted houses all over the country. Imagine our surprise when we discovered one half a mile from our house after recently moving to Altamonte. There are two trails and we chose the one called The Barn. We chose it because the line was packed and there was literally nobody in the line for the other trail, so I thought maybe word had spread locally that The Barn was the better of the two trails. The lighting, decoration, and layout of the trail were actually better than I expected but the actors flat out sucked. It was obvious that all but about 2 of the actors we encountered along the trail had no interest in trying to scare us or even be creepy. Most of them just kind of growled at us and half heartedly banged on a wall or fence. Some of the actors seriously stood and watched our entire 6 person group walk by like they were just there to hang out. I found myself questioning why someone would spend the time and money to make a haunted trail look so badass and then drop the ball so badly when it comes to staffing. This place has a ton of potential but whoever is in charge needs to have a serious meeting with their actors and explain that decorations only go so far and they need to step their game up. Maybe we went on a bad night but I won’t spend the money to go back and find out.

A Haunted Attraction of a different kind, worth checking out. First, when you look on the website, there are other options and combos to do besides the main«Trail» such as LaserTag, and VIP tours, etc. During my experience there tonight, some moments got to me, when your cursing out loud and laughing about it, you know they got you good! I can certainly appreciate some of the design and concepts that went into it despite it not being a monopoly-type attraction if you know what I mean. Can appreciate some fun moments with the characters, too. From what I hear this has and will be constantly evolving each year as it has been going for 6 years in a row. I purchased my tickets online since I had no idea how long lines would be and got right in. On a side-note, I was impressed actually at the welcoming staff, everyone was friendly and made all instructions of where to go(get in line, when your group would be called), etc. There was definite system and everyone had a role, this is good to see they have their operations down. I would recommend this place, have fun checking it out!

I’m not sure about the haunted walk itself, but the kids day is not worth it. The fact that I payed for this baffles me. It was not set up on time, there was nothing to do, the games were not entertaining, and the trick or treating consisted of 5 pieces of candy. Anything worth while was an additional charge. We will not be attending again.
