Make sure if you take the classes that they offer like CPR and firts Aids; pay the course in cash. I paid for my class using my debit card and the lady overcharged me! As soon as I found out I when back to the store to claim my money back and they didn’t respond for anything, saying that was a different company and was not related to them! well they are the ones that hire them and they are representing babysrus . It’s been a month and nobody ever bother to call me or let me know what’s going to happen with my money.

I have gone here several times for baby items, and it’s always an ‘alright’ experience. The staff aren’t rude, they just aren’t attentive. The store is well stocked and has a decent selection, but many times the one thing I DID want, I just couldn’t find there.

A bit overwhelming but the staff are very helpful. They answered all of our questions on car seats and strollers and showed us how to get the most bang for our buck. They also told us to check with our insurance company on getting some breast feeding supplies reimbursed. With a baby on the way, I’m sure we’ll be back.

I went shopping here for a baby shower gift this past weekend. This was the only store where my friend had registered. I stopped at the Gift Registry desk, and the woman there was super helpful and friendly. She printed off my friend’s registry and included a map of the store(we wouldn’t have found anything without it). This store felt… oddly enough, barren. They were out of half of the things on our friends registry, and their aisles were cluttered and unorganized. They only had 1 register open and about 8 people in line. If this was not the only place our friend registered, I probably would have dropped the stuff and shopped somewhere else. One cool thing, when you purchase items from a gift registry their«loyalty points» or whatever they call them go to the registry recipient. I do not have a baby so I thought that was cool instead of them just going nowhere.

Talk about your baby mega-store! I registered here when I was pregnant with my son and was overwhelmed by all the stuff! Being a first time Mom and never being around babies before most of the stuff was foreign to me(not now!). Luckily they always had staff working the floor who ask if you have questions or need help. There were more than a few times where I had to have lessons on what to looks for in a stroller, car seat, high chair, etc. Employees would spend 15 minutes at a time educating me. Really, how do you know what to look for if you don’t have a kid yet? They also offer classes on different topics and have vendors come in to answer questions. They also have a «mommy room» which was great when I was nursing my son and we were out an about. They are a little(sometimes a lot) more expensive than other retailers but just do your homework before you buy. Keep your eyes peeled; they frequently have coupons.
