Dunkin’ Donuts

We have been eager to try the new breakfast sandwich that has been advertised on television as we are bacon lovers and the sandwich claimed to have double the bacon. NOT TRUE!!! We all ordered the sandwich but none of them had much bacon on them at all. I had eaten over half of my sandwich before I even got a bite of bacon. The rest of my family said that in comparison there was less bacon on the sandwich than you would get on a bacon croissant at a local fast food competitor at half the cost. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Don’t waste your money on breakfast sandwiches. Stick with just the coffee.

Good coffee and sandwiches. Nice friendly people. The main problem is that this is the slowest dunkin I have been to. The morning rush you will be in line forever. Just about every other DD I have been to can handle a line twice as long in mere minutes. I’m writing this in line an am wondering if I even have time to wait any longer. …but I really want my iced coffee.

The only reason why they are getting two stars is because I am loyal only to the name, Dunkin Donuts. With that being said worst possible service ever for a Dunkin Donuts. In all seriousness this location is the true definition of insanity. Keep going to the same location expecting good service, but instead you will get overcharged, and get anything but your order. Location is dirty, unfriendly service where the costumers are treated as a extreme inconvenience to the employees. If you are lucky to find a manager, or a person who claims to be the manager, good luck getting your order corrected order or a refund. EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS RIGHT at this location.
Don’t let me forget to mention you will be waiting a long long time to place your overcharged order and receive your wrong order as the employees all gather to talk to each other rather than serve the costumer.
PISS POOR EXCUSE FOR A DUNKIN DONUTS

A fantastic addition to the area that sorely needed a Dunkin Donuts. The staff here is quick, the drive thru moves fast, and I’ve had no issue with getting anything i have ordered correctly. This is a combination of Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins at this location, so you can get the best of both worlds. I have become a regular at this particular location, even over the Apopka location (both are on my way to work) due to the speed here.

I love this Dunkin Donuts location!!! Finally, people in FL are catching on that America runs on Dunkin! I used to have to drive 10 minutes away to get my morning cup of coffee when I come visit my parents, & now, this location is right around the corner! Every single time I’ve been to this location, I’ve been greeted by the most courteous & friendly staff & no matter who is working, they make my coffee perfectly! I always order the same thing: medium french vanilla with 3 pumps of caramel & ½ & ½. It’s so good! Today, the young man taking orders at the drive-​thru was slightly confused though with the ½ & ½ because I learned that in FL they don’t call it that; it’s simply cream. Ok. Call it whatever you’d like, just give me my cup of joe :) great coffee! Inside the location it’s pristinely clean & I notice that the ice cream in the Baskin Robbins part is always creamy & fresh looking. I’ve seen many locations with ice cream covered in flakes of ice & then when you order s hot fudge sundae or something, you end up crunching on ice along with the creamy fudge & not so creamy ice cream; it’s an unfortunate thing! The bathroom at this location is also really clean & the hand soap smells lovely! I love that they don’t use cheap, industrial hand soap like so many other places! Love this Dunkin!

Nice new Dunkin Donuts location near 434 and 436. I’ve only stopped once so far, but they got my order right. Good recommendations, fast service, and friendly staff.
