What a waste of time .
Bunch of gossip .
Reality show drama from the staff, (entertainment provided)
While you wait to NOT get medical treatment.
Felt like they just don’t have time for patient, but plenty of time for gossip.

Came here to accompany my wife. In typical Florida Hospital fashion, very kind and compassionate people. We were a few minutes late on day, no worries, they laughed it off because my wife could not have coffee for 24 hours prior.
A man was called to come back for his appointment, he mentioned that his wife was in the restroom, the young lady said, «oh, okay, we can wait for her.»
Compassion and customer service, it does make a difference.
