Rude customer service, rep seemed annoyed that I was demoing drivers. Store was empty but apparently a guy with a day off from work should be regarded with great suspicion and annoyance even though he is extremely interested in Ping and Titleist drivers. Will not be returning, especially with so many options in the Orlando area for golf equipment.

Save some time and go to the Golfsmith at Millenia. Im a regular there, but was interested in checking out another location. Staff and customer service is VERY poor. I had re-gripps on my irons and the guy, who took 25 minutes to come back to the shop, stretched the grip too far down the end of the shaft, it was practically breaking through the grip. Very unknowledgeable. No one came over to ask if I needed help due to no one being on the floor. I was in the simulator trying to fix the non working sensor box. One salesman, that did finally come over said nothing. No «hello», «can I help you?» Instead he ignored me while Im kneeling down fixing their broken equipment. Any sales people I did see were the three that were gathered around the front chatting it up as I was leaving. Disgraceful. Will complain to HQ, for sure, as this store is not even close to not living up to Golfsmith standards. Sad empty store one day after Christmas. Rude woman working the register. Dont waste money there! Millenia knows about customer service and I go back to that store on a regular basis.

Nice shop. Customer service is below par. One guy told me the Anchoring ban went in to affect in 2015. It’s 2016. Uneducated and rude when I told him it was in fact 2016. Also didn’t put my grip on straight. Won’t be going back.

A must go for the golf enthusiast. They have a great simulator, so bring your cleats and driver.
