Good service, however when my wife and I went in at 12pm on Sunday for a cleaning they had not yet opened with the rest of the mall. They ended up opening up over an hour late.

I honestly had a very nice experience with this jewelry store. My fiancé and I got my engagement ring here. Initially we were just going to get sized, look at styles and be on our way. The manager personally walked us through everything and talked us into putting a ring on their credit line. I was intrigued because I have been looking for ways to pump up my credit and I was glad she took the time to explain it all to me. My ring was around 675 and ¼ct but I am really pleased with it. I’ve had no problems with it… heck, it’s not even dirty yet and it’s been a week. I had to have the ring sized and a bigger size made but they said it would take about an hour and a half… 30 minutes later they came to find us in the food court and it was done! I was really pleased with the way everyone was personable, and how the process was quick and painless! I would definitely shop here again!
