We were just here with our kids and some friends, and the owner decided to close about 45 minutes earlier than the operating hours stated on door, because, and I quote«there is bad weather outside and our lights might go out». This is obviously a ridiculous statement since this is a venue that is completely indoor, and he simply wanted to close because it was a bit slow and could probably not cover his costs. Will never be returning here again, just plain disrespectful. — Response to owner: It was in fact not informed to us that you would be closing early otherwise why would we pay entrance cost for a few minutes; and we were asked to leave at 6:05PM, by 6:15PM everyone was outside and lights were off. This initial review was posted right after we were kicked out(Yes, kicked out is the correct term, owner started turning off lights like if it was a nightclub at last call). It was not even raining at the time we left the facility and there was not a lightning storm alert. This is all bogus and a cheap excuse by owner. Although some patrons did receive some sort of card, I did not ask or receive one, as I would not frequent this establishment again even if free.

OMG — it’s bright and CLEAN! Staff walks around with Lysol and sprays everything including door knobs. Does it get better than that. Great venue for a birthday party and our 3 ½ had a blast! Thanks you!

If you have a young child, chances are you will end up here at a birthday party for their friends. Having been to Monkey Joes a number of times, this place has many similarities. It seems to cater to the younger set of kids, as there is only one large inflatable slide. Other items there include some bouncy objects, an inflatable see saw, and a fun fan type thing that you place a bunch of balls in and it blows them sky high. All the types of things your average 5 year old would find thrilling. Props for the cleanliness, I’d rank that ahead of the average kid place. Appropriate security is in place as well, with stamps that have to be verified under black light before exiting. Plenty of seating on the outer areas for adults as well.

My daughter and I have really enjoyed this place when they first opened. Unfortunately, the last visit was a disappointment. They have changed a few things and have added small rides that cost additional. We tried a few and 50 cents for 10 secs of a ride is ridiculous! I know its just change but it adds up quickly(especially with a two year old who wants to try everything twice.)The cover charge has also increased. It seems as if the owner is just in it for the dough. Maybe he will take that income and add more chairs for the parents? Doubtful. This last visit has really put a sour taste in my mouth, hoping they fix some of these issues.

Poor management. Added 300 $ to birthday party without letting us know. Beware he is shady and unclear about prices. Cheese pizza 17 $ salad for 15peopleis 80 $ also 50 wings for $ 80.

small playground that is just ok. owner is what ruins it for me. rude & seems to dislike disorder… its a children’s play area. he tried shouting no to my son in the balloon room because it looked like he might take one out(he didn’t). excuse me, i did not pay to come in for you to shout at my child who i am watching. i was right there. i told him as much & told him to back off. he got defensive & walked off. don’t expect any more of my money

Aside from the girl looking at me like I had three heads when I asked if there was a sibling discount(I mean, really? there isn’t?!), I’d say our experience was pretty good. It wasn’t busy during lunchtime which was great. Very clean. A lot for my 5 and 2 year old to keep busy with. Of course, like any of these places, it’s a breeding ground for some parents to completely ignore their children while some of them torment other kids as the parent is sitting in the snack area behind a smart phone or engaged in conversation with another parent who is ignoring his kid. Ok maybe this doesn’t always happen, but it did today– the entire time I was there I had to protect my kid who kept getting pushed off equipment by the same two kids. The staff weren’t really engaged. I would go again, my kids loved it. But come on, give a sibling discount people!

For my son the words Lucky Monkey are very important because when he hears Lucky Monkey, which he pronounces Lucky Mucky, he becomes very very happy! It’s as if this place is better than ice cream. What makes him happy makes me happy so I give it 5 stars.

My wife and I took our 15 m/o son here to check it out and were pretty happy we did. Staff was courteous and helpful and there was plenty of things for our boy to do. Smaller playground areas for littler kids and lots of room to run around. Definitely would only recommend kids that can walk without much help as there are a bunch of kids that run around and could trip or accidentally knock them down. The floor is covered by large soft foam squares so if your child does fall it won’t bust up their knees(or face, as my son like to face plant sometimes when he tumbles). The place was very clean as well, as they do not allow shoes to be worn inside the play area — make sure you wear socks! If you don’t, or if you forgot, I believe they have socks available for purchase. They have a nice concession area full of snacks that really cater to kids and at prices that are much lower than I would have imagined. Two bottles of water, a juice box, and a squeeze apple sauce was less than $ 5. They also have a changing area located by the concession stand for your diaper changing needs, as well as a cubby system to keep your shoes and diaper bags neatly tucked away and organized. Though it is probably catered to kids a little older than my son, he found lots to do and loved the lit-up slide at the back and the ball pit in the smaller play area. Wore him out pretty good! The one odd thing, which might just be me, is there is a kids arcade basketball game in the back that you have to pay $ 0.50 to use while everything else in the building is included with admission. Still, about $ 10 for good clean fun? I’m in.

I brought my 7yo son and 19m old daughter here one evening. It had enough to keep both of them busy for a few hours. The best thing about this place is that it’s INDOORS! No heat, rain or bugs on those hot summer afternoons. The place is new so is still pretty clean. There is plenty of open space for little ones to run around and everything is padded. Some of the activities include: sit on rockers, bounce house with slides, kid sized exercise equipment, under 4y bounce house, train table, magnetic stacking toys, light up slide with tunnel, waterbed-ish fish pond to jump on, cylindrical inflatable with balls inside, house with giant Legos, balloon cage, snack bar, adult lounge, and more. Staff wasn’t overly friendly but they did keep busy picking up and cleaning. There was a birthday so they brought out an employee in a monkey suit and blew some bubbles, which all the kids enjoyed. Even with the birthday party it wasn’t too crowded. The people who were there had plenty to spread out and do. It’s a little pricey at $ 10/kid but they do offer specials which get it down to $ 8/kid, two adults are free with each child. You can also buy a pass which is 5 visits for $ 35. Socks are REQUIRED for kids and adults alike.

I just checked this place out during opening week b/c it was offering 20% admission prices. I love that it has so many active things for toddlers-elementary aged children to do. There are toys in here I haven’t seen in other indoor play places which is really great. My 2.5 year old daughter’s fav. things to do were: *human hamster wheel *jump on fish pond *the light up slide *merry-go-round swing like balls(er, make sense) This place has room for improvements but overall I would def. recommend for toddlers that can walk. There is an eating area which includes a t.v., high chairs, tables, and chairs. They sell nuggets, pizza, popcorn, fruit, and other candy items but I didn’t purchase any so I can’t say how the food was. Supposed to have free wi-fi which I know today’s modern parents love. I didn’t check it out as I was chasing and having fun w/my daughter and Mom. When you enter they give you a number stamp and check it before you leave to make sure it matches w/the child.
