great service! the young guy taking orders inside was very nice and came over to our table to ask if we needed anything to let him know. Angela came over as well to let us know to leave our trash on the table and she would take care of it. very respectful and generous people!

Popeyes Altamonte Springs is the only fast food restaurant I’ve ever eaten at where the staff serenaded me when I drove up to the restaurant.
I forget what they sang, but it was cool. (No, troublemakers, it was not «I’m Popeye the sailor man, I live in a garbage can».)
We stopped here for a holdover before a long drive back to Tampa-​St. Pete, where dinner awaited. The holdover was a total of 8 chicken tenders with sides (biscuits & coleslaw). Far better than KFC. Not sure if it’s better or worse than Church’s. Girl: «It was great.» Hunny: «(shrug) It was okay.» Me: «I like this!» Not too hot, fried skin was a happy medium between crisp and soft, mild spice was mild. Total hit was just over $ 21, higher than I expected. But I like fried chicken; I yam what I yam.
Popeyes is Southern fast food with higher quality at higher prices. Close enough to I-​4 so you can stop by on the way home. I hope you do.

Wrote my last review for this business 5 years ago so it was time for an update.
Came back today with the family and we each got number 2’s with white meat and one dark meat. The prices are expensive compare to KFC but the chicken is fresh and good and delicious also the service was good and friendly staff.
The prices are expensive and the size are small anything extra is at least $ 2 bucks
This is a once in a wild Place for $ 20+ for people.
Good food and good service for four stars.

They just added a Lemonade Icebox Pie to the menu! And this ohhhhh my! So delicious. A mix between a key lime pie and a cheese cake.

Love that chicken from Popeyes. I stopped at this location one Saturday night. I used the drive-​thru. I ordered my dinner and picked it up. I was in and out in a flash. I arrived at my destination, the spicy chicken was still hot, biscuits were warm. Overall, everything wax good.
Compared to some of their competition, the prices seem a bit higher. My only peeve about Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen.

We stop here for late lunch on Sunday. I went with the intention of ordering thru the drive thru because I don’t have good experience with other Popeyes eating inside, but my husband decide it to give it a try and eat inside. WOW I must say the service was excellent, the food just made and the dining area ultra clean thanks to Angela a really nice lady that take really well care of everything and everyone. Definitely coming back.

What can I say… The service sucks, the staff almost always gets the order wrong and it’s a little expensive. However… Damn do they make some good ass chicken!
P. s. remember to ask for BBQ sauce, they almost never ask if you want it.

This was my first Popeyes experience and it was delicious! It took some time to get our order until another worker came to take ours (the people in front of us didn’t seem to know what they wanted at all). I wasn’t too hungry at the time so I split a 3pc combo meal that came with a side, a biscuit, and a drink. We got red beans and rice, but added an additional side of mashed potatoes with the Cajun gravy and got an extra biscuit. Oh MY! Those biscuits are soooo freaking good! Add some honey, too! We also split the new strawberry and cream pie… also good!
