Zumiez

Great little surf & skate shop. Good selection of board shorts, sunglasses, and shoes. They have everything that you would expect in a surf shop and the staff members are friendly. The merchandise is organized nicely and the store is clean. The last time I was in there I purchased some Electric sunglasses and I have been very satisfied with them. When it comes to surf shops, I would recommend Zumiez all day.

My husband and I have meandered in and out of Zumiez on various visits to the mall. With four sons it’s kind of hard no to be coaxed into «just a minute, I swear» stops. Although I wouldn’t shop for myself in this store, the staff is always friendly, the store is always hoppin’ and the kids are drawn to it; not just mine, but lots of skater-​types.
Recently my husband and I visited Zumiez while Christmas shopping. We have 6 yr-​old twins, who like their older siblings, want to skate. based on their size, skills, abilities, etc. Damien was able to knowledgeably assist us with choosing the right size board, the trucks we should get, etc to assure a safe ride and a good fit for the boys. Michelle assisted us with sizing the boys for helmets to ensure that they were fitted securely and that we would have the right size pads and gear for the boys as well.
While talking to Michelle, we were discussing a problem we have with one of my sons’ surf boards too and being that she surfs, she was happy to provide us some insight on who may be able to help us. etc. Good information to know!

I cannot say enough about this store. Damien and his staff were phenomenal .I came into the store not knowing anything about skateboard’s helped me with getting the right boards for my six year old twins. They even hid them for me so I could pick them up later.
