Overpriced for the work that he does. Similar services run about $ 300 and he charged $ 525 for a basic home inspection. What really got me was he asked if I wanted a «termite inspection» included for an extra $ 70 so I said yes. Then, come to find out, this «termite inspection» was a simple «visual inspection» for insects — something I could have done on my own. I felt ripped off as a customer. In addition, he did not even inspect the shower/​tub — for all I know it could be leaky. Save your money and get the exact same service elsewhere — -I’ve heard Key Inspections is good and reasonably priced.
