We were on our way to drive the whole way to East Freedom to get Ribs(My Mom was hungry for ribs she’s 83 and gets what she want’s) We drove past Fat Daddy’s and my sister spotted the word Ribs on the sign I said my daughter raves about Fat Daddy’s…we make a quick right into the lot and go in and order a full rack 2 sides and Cornbread and ½ pint of pulled pork… Great service great price! and CLEAN!!! But the true test was when we got home to eat I am so glad I threw in my request of pulled pork… the ribs were fall off the bone tender, great smoke taste, next time it’s 3 full racks! The corn bread is sweet in our house thats a 50/50, me being the one who likes it sweet so I was happy, the beans were great, I didn’t get to the slaw fast enough but it’s gone! I can’t wait for my Mom to have another craving for ribs! See ya soon Fat Daddy’s!

Although the ribs and Stromboli were good, they’re ability to fulfill an order accurately failed miserably. We asked for pepperoni on our pizza and instead got nothing but peppers. Our hamburger was supposed to have lettuce, pickles and ketchup, but it came with absolutely nothing on it. Finally, we asked for extra mayo with our order, but I guess extra added to nothing is still nothing. The most frustrating part is we re-confirmed this order on the phone before placing it. We called back regarding our messed up order and waiting another 45 minutes for a replacement meal was out of the question after having already waited that long. We were promised a refund, yet here we are the next day still waiting…

The wings are good. The Yuengling Fish and Chips are really good, I don’t like fish, but they’re good. Sometime’s the service isn’t too good, but other times it is.

Fat Daddy’s has awesome food, from the wings to the sweet potato fries everything about the food is amazing. On the other hand their service can use some work, their waitresses look like they hate their lives.

Went here for take out shortly after they added pizza to the menu. I love pizza and can usually eat even bad pizza, but this was an exception. It looked like someone was trying to make it at home who had no idea what they were doing. It was the thinnest pizza I’ve ever seen and had barely any crust. When we tried to pick it up it just folded into a mess that was inedible and we ended up tossing it into the garbage. We ordered pizza from Family Pizza right up the street and it was delicious as always. We aren’t carnivores, so can’t comment on the meat, but steer clear of the pizza!

I read terrible reviews on line and was doubtful that these people knew what they were talking about… not so: Family thought we would enjoy bbq for Mother’s Day so I would not have to cook. What a depressing dinner — the ribs were like leather without the flavor, the potato salad was like mashed potatoes with mayo and eggs. The cole slaw was good, and the beans were the best of the lot. Fat Daddy’s should go into the cornbread business — the cornbread is fantastic!

When my central-Pennsylvanian friend said«seven dollar pizza,» the city-dweller in me pictured something about the size of a saucer, where each topping was an additional two dollars or so. Not quite. I barely made it through half of my pie, and enjoyed every bit of it. Any time you talk about a lot of decent food for a little bit of money, you’re speaking my language. The menu at Fat Daddy’s was therefore written in my native tongue. The food came out quickly enough, and our waitress was extremely accommodating(we asked for garlic salt, red pepper flakes, and parmesan cheese, and she brought all three to us right away.) If you’re tired of the Mega-Sheetz,(or you’re looking for something that might actually resemble food) check out Fat Daddy’s.
