Pizza Hut

Do not call and order carry out unless you want to feel like a complete idiot for even calling in the fist place. This girl had a terrible attitude from the second she picked up the phone.

Been to the Broadway Pizza Hut twice in last 5 years but have never eaten there. Walked out both times after waiting for order 45 mins +. Went to one on N Main. Got order in about 20 mins. Never going back to one on Broadway.

Pizza!!! One of my weaknesses!!! I love this place. Always hot! Always made to perfection. Staff is wonderful and this place is alway clean and booming with customers

Service with a smile. Place was clean, and smelled like good pizza. Mine was to go order. Got the order right, ready on time, so what happened to the fifth star? I ordered a stuffed crust pizza. I am a sucker for that last nite of chest goodness. I got it home, and it was done in the idle, but the crust was doughy. Cooling is time and temperature and speed of the conveyor rack through the oven. Either the temp was lower, or the conveyor was faster than other Pizza Huts, the the crust was doughy and in places soggy. Great center, full of goodies, and tasty. The crust let me down. Cleanliness ⁵⁄₅; Service ⁵⁄₅; quality of food was ³⁄₅. Four stars at best.

My husband and I will never be back.
We chose to dine in. Huge mistake. Only saw our server twice to order and to get our drinks. After this we never received a refill, a different person brought out the food and we had to get our own silverware and plates.
Hubby wasn’t asked if he needed another beer and the pizza was shitty. I am a great customer.
I never complain, tip 15 percent for crappy service and 25 percent or more for good service. Our check was given to us before we confirmed we ready to go (hubby still wanted that second beer) but at that point we were pissed. We had no idea how payment worked.
We assumed they would come back for our card but no one did so we got our own to go box and took our check to the kiosk near the door (for to-​go orders) and payed there. I was asked how the service was. I hesitated for several seconds before I decided to go ahead and tell them how things really were. The young girl explained that it was crazy because the other pizza hut was closed down and said we could ask for her next time for better service.
I tipped that 15 percent but the damage is done. I will never return and we will be living here for at least three years so they lost out on my money.

I would actually give this pizza hut a negative –3, horrible service, we came in on a Monday night around 8 pm, 5 adults, we were 1 of 2 tables for the female server at that point in the evening, we waited 1 hour and 30 min for our pizza, I personally had to go and get my pizza and grab it from the window, their phone was always ringing w/​no one answering them just kept ringing, employees were not visible, we tipped 10% b/​c we thought the service was horrible, for being so dead the service could have been a lot better, not impressed w/​the service

Great if you’re clogged up. The greasy crust alone serves as a softener of sorts. And I don’t mean to single out this location alone. All Pizza Huts are like this.

I don’t know what Pizza Hut has done to their crust style, but it is horrible. Haven’t eaten there since Papa John’s opened, but my son talked me into it because he wanted stuffed crust. He got cheese I got a hand tossed veggie lover’s. He ate only one slice and decided he wished we got our normal. I thought both my crust and his crust tasted like cardboard. Won’t go back until the next time I need to remind myself that I still don’t like their pizza.
