A little out of the way and looks a bit like a salvage yard but is completely AWESOME! I got my DOT inspection on my commercial trailer here today. These guys had me LMAO while performing the inspection. Checking mudflap heights, trailer brakes, VIN tags, signals and all the boring stuff– they had all sorts of pointers of what Sheriff’s look for what things and how to keep the flashing blue lights out of my rear view mirror.
They are located on the east side of 35W south of 917. Oh and here’s a big truck tip: 917 between 35 & Godley would be great in a 2 seater sports car but not so much rolling 70,000 lbs in a big truck @ 65′ long. Take 1187 instead, easy cheesy.
I’m going here for all my DOT inspections from now on! If it wasn’t so far out in the country, I’d do my regular car inspections here too.
