I used CCTV when I moved into a new house. I already had the TV and there were some pre-​wired ceiling speakers, but nothing else. I wanted to mount it over a fireplace that had no existing plugs or wall bracket. Chad walked me through everything I’d need with several phone calls (including discussing the receiver, speakers, sound selector) and was patient with me as I was very particular about each component. He worked for about 6 hours installing everything and did a good job respecting the space and cleaning up afterwards. It looks great and I’m very satisfied. The only complaint is that the subwoofer makes a kick sound every once in a while that sounds like it could cause long-​term damage (at the very least it scares the crap out of my cat). I texted Chad about it and he said it’s likely related to leaving my phone’s bluetooth on, but it still happens every once in a while.
