I noticed Coplin’s honey at Froberg’s Farm, and decided to do my own research on it. I found out you can go directly to the source and buy it for cheaper. Basically you drive up to someone’s house, and on the side there is a detached garage, under which there is a glass case with honey in it. There is a jar where you put your money in, and you take the size honey you want. It’s an honor system. I come here every few weeks when I run out. Fresh, local honey is really good for taste and for allergies. Support local.
