My husband and I reserved a port a potty for Super Bowl Sunday. It was dropped off that Friday and pickup was supposed to be on Monday the 2nd or Tuesday the 3rd. After a week of waiting for a pick up call we decided to call them instead. Still the potty was left on my property. We called and called and emailed so we just assumed it was abandoned on our property for 28 days. Let me remind you that it was filled with waste from February 1st. The odor was unbearable and it started to attract undesirable things to my beautiful property. The service I hired them for was to drop off, pickup and clean the potty. They breached that contract when they continued to not follow through on anything they said they would do. After enduring 28 days of filth and their horrible customer service, I checked my email and found a double charge on my credit card for their breach of contract. I am so mad this is a slap in my face to think they can misuse my credit card information and not just take your invoiced amount but to charge me for another rental. I promise they got the right one, I was still willing to pay for the one day rental as agreed. I’m no thief, but now I want a total refund this is absolutely outrageous. They got the nerves to be so bold as to charge me for them not picking up in a timely fashion.
