Being the only store in the Amanas that sells baked good (at least to my knowledge), you must stop in here. Cookies, bars, pie, cake, breads and so much more! I’ve purchased a variety of items from here over the years-​cookies, bread, cinnamon rolls and at one time they offered lunch specials; it’s possible they still do. The store was always very clean and the staff friendly. Inexpensively priced!

Although I am a fan of Amana breads, I come here solely for the Apple Dumplings. They are a whole peeled apple wrapped in a tender flaky crust spiced perfectly and best served warm. If you come to Amana, don’t pass up the chance to pick up a dumpling, they are scrumptious. But be sure to pick one up for everyone in your party because you won’t want to share!
