A-1 Garage Door Sales & Service

I’ve had to call A-​1 twice in the last five years. The first time the door just wasn’t opening and closing… I couldn’t adjust the sensors right so I called them. They fixed it and I asked «Do I need a new motor?» The answer was no the the charge was very reasonable for a service call down to Canyon Texas (about 20 minutes from their office.)
The second time was a couple years later and I was opening and closing the door and broke a gear. They came out and replaced the gear. I again asked, «Do I need a whole new unit?» The answer was it should last a few more years and no. Again, the charge was much less than I expected.
This company is honest and come out quickly. It would be easy for them to sell me a new unit, but they fixed the problem and saved me a lot of money instead of selling me something I may not need. Unbelievable in this day and I recommend them to all my friends that mention a problem with their garage door. A great company and TWICE they have proven to be honest and a low cost service. I trust them.
