Constantly cleaning cobwebs and dirty cabinets, dusty ceiling fans, air vents, curtain rods, and baseboards AFTER they leave. I dig my items out of the garbage. My daughter told me she saw her going thru a drawer that there was no need to be gone thru. Ugh it’s hard to find anything good these days!

I hate to have to do this but, this company has extremely poor management starting with the owner, Cathy. She avoids problems by being unavailable, unresponsive, and redirecting. When I had a problems, she would tell me to «talk to the maids» or «call the secretary» or «I’m sick» or «I was on vacation.» Her Secretary has way more business skills than she does. The maids were good with the amount of time they were allowed to work. It started when I hired this company last year to clean my home on a weekly basis. We all came to the conclusion that my home needed three and half hours a week. I set the payment up on auto draft. The maids started cleaning less on some weeks and more on other. Then they got to where they were cleaning less and less saying the owner told them to. I was still making the regular payments and decided called the office for, a refund. Keep in mind the maids were leaving invoices well the owner just called me and said I’m a liar, and that we are done. I fired them! On one occasion, I caught the girls writing down more hours than they were working. The owner told me to talk to the maids about it which made me feel uncomfortable. They said they got sick which made them accidently write down the wrong hours. Why did I hire this company if I have to run it? Why should I do her job? The owner never ever once came out to my house to check on us, say thank you, or gth. In conclusion, I resent the fact that I had invoices from the maids saying they were working fewer hours than I was paying them, but I’m being accused of lying. They didn’t have any complaints about taking my money and tips, of course. Lastly, I have dust all over my furniture. Got the pictures and invoices to prove it! Nice girls — poor management
