I had to locate a new optometrist after over 25 years. This place was amazing! Very nice and prompt service!

I took my son to Sloan Rush for a mass on his eye. He sent us for a CT scan of his head to see what this was. After waiting over the weekend, as a concerned parent, it seemed like an eternity. Monday I had to call the office 4 times to get the ct results. I was told the doctor would call me back. He did not and they let me drive to the office to pick up the report without any explanation of what it meant. I was referred to another specialist which is scary and never received a phone call from the doctor as promised. If they refer us for a ct, it would be nice if they could get those results sent to the office without me having to call the hospital for them and I would have appreciated to be treated like the concerned parent and not promised a time frame they couldn’t keep. No people skills.

I assure you there was no «miscommunication.» I was flat out refused service and told to go elsewhere. Luckily, Amarillo is, a growing city. There are PLENTY of other optometrist’s office to choose from.
